Balance Through Movement Method

BTMM and Lazaris Nerve Release Practitioners

Remote consults available.

Our proprietary manual therapy was developed to help release fascial holdings that keep the joints restricted and cause compression over the main nerve highways in the body. Lazaris Nerve Release Techniqueâ„¢ facilitates release of the bracing muscles that prevent horses from accessing their bodies for effective in-hand and under saddle development and incorporates proprioceptive exercises to help the horses retain the work in between sessions.

The BTMM in-hand curriculum incorporates static and dynamic exercises on the ground to help relax bracing muscles, reprogram fascial holdings causing potential nerve compression, develop a positive relationship to connection and engage the core musculature to create healthy posture necessary for ridden work. This work can be used for development, rehabilitation or to simply gain a deeper relationship with your horse.

Various practitioners are available for both in-person and virtual visits. Visit our website to explore certified instructors, practitioners and online courses that can help you.
